By making a booking at the A Dogs Tale Adventure, you are confirming that you understand and agree to our terms and conditions. Please see below for further details, and sign where requested.

We reserve the right to refuse any animal at our discretion.

Use of the facilities is by pre paid booking appointments only and all relevant documentation to be completed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Bookings start on the hour for a 50 minutes session. Enter using gate code and you can lock yourself in. Please leave promptly at the end of your session; any user who overstays will be restricted from use in the future.
2. Leave 5 minutes at the end of your session to check the field is clear. Spot checks take place by management.
3. You must pick up your dog waste and take it home, if you find poo please pick it up, No grooming on site , Failure to pick up dog waste, rubbish or toys will lead to the refusal of future use.
4. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY to your booked 50 minute session at A Dog’s Tale Adventure.
5. If the field is still in use on your arrival please contact us immediately, AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY.
6. NO SMOKING AT ALL ON SITE.

ARRIVING & LEAVING  You and your dogs must remain in your vehicle until it is your turn to use the field. Use the gate code to access the locked field area. Allowing dogs out of cars when the previous user is in the field could have consequences for nervous and/or reactive dogs. Park vehicles on the hard standing. Vehicles must never be parked on the grass, inside the fields or out. Never enter the field while somebody else is in it. There is a lock to lock yourself in to prevent anyone from entering when you are inside. If the previous appointment is still in the field when your booking starts, please inform us immediately.

Liability The use of A Dog’s Tale Adventure is at your own risk entirely. A Dog’s Tale Adventure will not accept any liability for the death or any injury of any person or dog, or for any damage to any property. A Dog’s Tale will not accept any liability for any claim incurred whilst on site, damages, cost, losses, expenses, etc or any other liability incurred on site. It is solely your responsibility for any damage caused inside and outside of the field by you or your dog’s. No claim can be made against A Dog’s Tale Adventure. You are liable for any damage caused inside and outside of the field by you, your dog/dogs or any person in your company. All dogs must be covered by their own pet insurance and have public liability insurance.

PAYMENT OF FEES , CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ALTERATIONS

Booking and payment is made via our website, for a 50 minute session, which starts on the hour. Do Not over stay your allotted time.
